What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the details of your project, and the link to your footage. That is all the order form asks for.

Your card details go straight to Stripe, which takes the payment. We never see or store your card number.

Why

To make your film, to tell you when it is due and delivered, and to take payment. We do not use your details for anything else, and we never sell or share them for marketing.

Your footage

Used only to make your film. It is kept on our studio machines while we work and deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it longer. It is not passed to anyone else to edit, and never used to train software.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It remembers which currency you chose on your own device, and nothing about it leaves your browser.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores orders. Stripe processes payments. If we email you automatically, Resend sends the email. Each handles only what it needs to do that job.

How long we keep order details

For as long as the law requires us to keep business and tax records, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Reply to any email from us to ask. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or to the data protection authority where you live.
