When does the turnaround start?
When your footage is downloaded and checked, not when you pay. We email you the moment that happens, with the date your film is due.
How do I send the footage?
Share a link from Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io, set so anyone with the link can view. A wedding is usually 20 to 60 GB, so if uploading would take you all day, choose “post a drive” and we will email you where to send it.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes. Everything happens online: you see prices and pay in pounds, dollars, euros, Canadian or Australian dollars or dirhams, and send footage by link. Turnaround is counted in hours, so it is the same wherever you are.
Will the quality drop?
No. Your film is delivered at the resolution and frame rate it was shot at. We never shrink 4K to HD to save time.
What if I want changes?
Two rounds of changes are included with every film. Further rounds can be added when you order.
Can you use our song?
Yes — tell us the song when you order. Commercial songs are fine for a film you keep, but Instagram and YouTube may mute them, so for posting we can license a track instead.
What happens to our footage afterwards?
It stays on our studio machines while we work and is deleted 30 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep it. It is never sent on to anyone else to edit.
How do retainers work?
A retainer is a set number of videos each month, billed monthly by card. Unused videos do not roll over, and you can cancel before the next month starts.
