What you are buying

An edit of footage you supply, as described on the package you chose. We edit; we do not film. You must own the footage or have permission to have it edited.

Turnaround

The turnaround shown on your package starts when your footage has been downloaded or copied and checked, and we have emailed you to say so. If footage is missing, damaged or cannot be opened, we will tell you and the clock waits until it is sorted.

Payment

You are charged in the currency shown when you order; your bank may add its own fee for a foreign currency. Wedding and documentary films are paid in two halves: a deposit when you order, and the balance once you have watched a watermarked preview. The final files are released when the balance is paid. Other one-off edits are paid in full when you order. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled before the next billing date; videos not used in a month do not carry over.

Free test edits

For wedding videographers only, and one per business. A test edit covers one event from one camera, up to an hour of footage. We look at each request before saying yes, and may decline one — for example if the business has had one before, or the footage is more than a test can cover. The finished test edit is yours to use.

Changes

Two rounds of changes are included. A round is one list of changes sent together. Further rounds are charged at the rate on the price list. Changes to the package itself — a longer film, a different format — are quoted separately.

Refunds

If you cancel before we start editing, you get a full refund. Once editing has started, we refund anything not yet worked on. If we miss your turnaround, the rush fee (if you paid one) is refunded in full.

Music

If you ask us to use a song, you are responsible for the right to use it. Platforms may mute or block commercial songs; licensed tracks we supply are cleared for the uses stated.

Your footage and privacy

Your footage is used only to make your film. It is kept on our studio machines while we work and deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep it longer. We do not share it, and we do not upload it to third-party services to be edited. We may ask — never assume — whether we can show your film as an example of our work.

Card details

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
